We offer an unlimited number of listing options.  THAT is what the Revolution is all about.  No more cookie-cutter, the agent's way or no-way listing agreements.  You call the shots around here, and that's just the way I'd want it if the roles were reversed and you were listing a property for me.  Here's the list of highlights:

• Our most popular plan is the "List Your Home For Under $1000" feature.  Call us for details.
• We also operate under the traditional "percentage of sales price" plan, but with a twist.  Homes listed in the higher price brackets typically are priced at a lower rate of commission, potentially saving our clients thousands of dollars.
• Other terms of the commission are negotiable as well, so you can rest assured you're entering an agreement that you can be happy about.  For example, if you don't want to sign a six-month plan, that's fine with us.  Just tell us if you want to list for a month, 3 months, 1 year, or some other timeframe that best suits you, and we'll take care of it.
• We offer a convenient "two-week opt out" clause.  If you change your mind about wanting or needing to sell, don't worry about having to sweat out the remainder of your contract.  Just give us two-weeks notice, and we'll completely remove your listing from the marketplace, no matter how much of the listing agreement remains, no questions asked.
